In the event that any changes to our personnel are necessary, we will always provide advance notice to our valued customers to minimize any potential inconvenience.

Therefore, we kindly request that any cancellations of scheduled appointments be communicated to us no less than one week prior to the intended date. Payment is due on the day of service with no exceptions and can be made in cash, check, or bank transfer. We can work out a different payment arrangement based on your needs, as long as it is discussed and agreed upon prior to the cleaning service day
No. We only ask for seven days’ notice prior to your scheduled cleaning date if you need to pause services.
